Lyubomir Sirkov has been with ARC Fund's Content Division team since 1999. He is working as web editor for the Bulgaria Online web portal (www.online.bg) responsible for the building and maintenance of the web sites directory. In 2000-2002 he was also in charge for the web sites directory of Southeast Europe Online (www.southeasteurope.org), an Internet portal site for NGOs in South East Europe funded by USAID.
