First press conference with the Southeastern Legal Development Initiative

The first press conference with the Southeastern Legal Development Initiative ( SELDI) took place with international and bipolar sponsorship organizations. The press conference started with remarks from Michael Heigger (Director of International Legal Development), Jusepe Cipoloni (Deputy Coordinator of Stability Pact at Foreign Affairs Ministry in Italy) and John Tennant (USAID). They emphasized the significance of establishing civil rights nation in Southeastern Europe of Stability Pact context.
