The role of non-state actors and civil society in the global regulatory framework
On 10 - 12 November 2006 the Center for the Study of Democracy organized within the GARNET network of excellence a workshop to present the role of non-state actors and civil society in the global regulatory framework. The objective of the workshop was to examine the global public sphere and the global civil society, as well as to reveal what links are there between the processes of globalization and Europeanization in the field of regulation and network-building and how do these work in practice.
