The collection has been prepared by the CSD research team and includes the Draft Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Signature and some of the most important international instruments, European and foreign legislation on that issue.
The collection is aimed to introduce to experts and institutions concerned the legal aspects of electronic document and electronic signature and stimulate a public discussion on the proposed draft law as well in view of adopting the best legislation for Bulgaria in that respect.
The collection is published with the kind support of the Bulgarian National Bank.
