Task Force meeting on the Draft Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Signature
The drafting group on the Law on Electronic Document and
Electronic Signature held a meeting on June 9, 2000, at the Center
for the Study of Democracy. The meeting was attended by the CSD
core drafters and by the representatives from the governmental
institutions, and other parties and experts concerned.
The discussion outlined a revised version of the Draft Law based on suggestions and remarks recently submitted. Meetings of this kind would provide for the best legislative proposal for Bulgaria on this issue.
