On October 3, 2000 Mr. Boyko Todorov, Coordinator
of the Southeast European Legal Development Initiative (SELDI) presented the
Initiative to the Regional Coordination Meeting of Sub-Table on
Justice and Home Affairs as part of the Meeting of Working Table
III of the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe, held in
Sofia.
During the presentation special attention was paid
to the first phase of SELDI's anti-corruption project - Coalition
Building and Monitoring for Anti-Corruption in Southeast Europe
(SEE). The Project carries out a round of corruption diagnostics in
the countries of SEE and will produce a policy report on corruption
in this area as a basis for a regional Anti-Corruption Action Plan
to be drafted and endorsed during the second phase of the
project.
