The Center for the Study of Democracy and the Applied Research
and Communications Fund co-organized a round table to discuss the
draft Telecommunications Act on December 10, 2001, at the
Center for the Study of Democracy's Conference Hall 1, 1 Lazar
Stanev St., Sofia. The Central and East Europe Legal Initiative of
the American Bar Association's Analysis of the
Telecommunications Act and Draft Amendments for the Republic of
Bulgaria was at the disposition of the participants in the
discussion.
