| The 2002 OSCE Human Dimension Implementation Meeting (HDIM) is taking place in Warsaw, Poland, on 9-19 September 2002. The HDIM is the largest all-European human rights conference and a unique forum for NGOs to participate on a level playing field with the 55 participating States in handling the issues related to all aspects of the Human Dimension in the region, to voice their concerns and to forward their suggestions. |
