| The Preliminary Report of Crown Agents for Reform of Bulgarian Customs was published on April 25, 2002. Crown Agents started the elaboration of the Program for reform in January 2002. The preliminary report stresses the most important aspects of the reform and addresses the Bulgarian Customs Agency with specific recommendations.
