Major Problems of Bulgarian Corporate Governance During 2003: Coalition 2000 Activities Supporting the Good Corporate Governance
On January 22, 2003, Coalition 2000 organized a round table discussion on the "Major Problems of Bulgarian Corporate Governance During 2003: Coalition 2000 Activities Supporting the Good Corporate Governance".
During the discussion the new reader "In Search for Better Corporate Governance Mechanisms" from the Coalition 2000 series was presented. The major steps for coping with the corporate governance problems in 2003 were defined and a working schedule of the expert group on corporate governance within the framework of Coalition 2000 was developed.
