Project "Coping with Corruption Program for Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises" of Association Integra BDS
Association "Integra BDS" is developing a draft of the “Coping with Corruption Toolkit” on the project "Coping with Corruption Program for Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises", supported by Coalition 2000. A test group of at least 60 Bulgarian SME owners for the purpose of advising and testing the Toolkit was established in November-December 2002. The design of trial training materials in business ethics and anti-corruption strategies was consulted with this test group. The design of the Toolkit will be modular and use learning techniques suitable for SME owners, who are not inclined toward study and are under time pressure. These materials will be accompanied by a collection of case studies from Bulgaria, as well as similar economies from other countries of South and Eastern Europe. Part of this Toolkit will be a set of guidelines for use of the materials in seminar or workshop settings. These materials will be tested in 4 groups of small business owners (minimum 15 companies per group) in different parts of the country.
