A press conference was held on February 10, 2003, in the press-club of the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency. The main conclusions of the fourth annual Corruption Assessment Report (CAR) for the year 2002 were briefed to the media. The CAR 2002 were presented by the Coalition 2000 experts: Mr. Alexander Stoyanov, Director of Vitosha Research, Dr. Maria Yordanova, Head of Law Program, Center for the Study of Democracy, Mr. Ruslan Stefanov, expert, Economic Program, CSD, and Ms. Zhivka Damyanova, Coordinator of Coalition 2000.
