| On October 31, 2001, the Public Procurement Directorate of the Council of Ministers organized a discussion on the amendments of the Law on Public Procurement, which are to be submitted in the Bulgarian Parliament by the Council of Ministers in November. The discussion was attended by Members of Parliament, representatives of the Executive, the Judiciary, professional associations and non-governmental organizations. The Center for the Study of Democracy was represented by Dr. Zhivka Damianova, Coordinator of Coalition 2000, Dr. Boyan Belev, Head of CSD Economic Program, and Mr. Dimitar Markov, Research Fellow to the CSD Law Program. |
