New Report on Corruption in the Judiciary in Serbia
In September 2004 the Center for Liberal and Democratic Studies, Belgrade, Serbia published a new report Corruption in the Judiciary.
The authors of the study try to examine the extent of judicial corruption, provide an institutional analysis of the causes and mechanisms of corruption and to suggest a comprehensive and effective program for combating corruption in the judiciary in Serbia.
