| On January 27, 2000 Coalition 2000 organized a press conference on "Do we need the Ombudsman Institution in Bulgaria". It took place at the Center for the Study of Democracy. The Ombudsman Draft Law elaborated by the Law Program of the CSD was presented by Judge Borislav Belazelkov, Supreme Court of Cessation, Dr. Silvi Chernev, Attorney at Law and Deputy President, Court of Arbitration at the Bulgarian Trade Industry Chamber and Dr. Maria Yordanova, Head of Law Program, Center for the Study of Democracy. |
