| The Coalition 2000's one-day seminar "The Ombudsman Institution - Concepts and Draft Law in Bulgaria, Foreign Legislation" took place in Razgrad on October 13, 2000. The seminar participants were local self-government representatives in Razgrad, local NGOs, experts from Coalition 2000, Center for the Study of Democracy, Center for Social Practices, journalists and citizens. Konstantin Tanev, Law Program at the Center for the Study of Democracy, made a presentation concerning viewpoints that emerged for the Ombudsman Draft Law and the Civic Mediator Project. | |
