| On January 15, 2001 Coalition 2000 and Macedonian experts met to discuss the Methodology of the CMS (Corruption Monitoring System) and what approaches or techniques are to be used by researchers in Macedonia and Albania. Progress has been noted in preparing the following papers for the final report: "Elites and Corruption" (report based on Intermedia Elite survey results), "Corruption in CEE Countries" (report on USIA survey results), "Corruption, Economic Development and Democratization in East-Central Europe." |
