Coalition 2000 activities presented at a workshop in Belgrade
The Coalition 2000 coordinator informed about the “Clean Future” activities the participants in an anti-corruption workshop, held in Belgrade at the beginning of December, 1999. It was organized by the European Movement in Serbia for the mayors from the Association of the Free Cities and Municipalities in FRYugoslavia. The experience of Transparency International in curbing corruption in the region was also discussed at the workshop. Developing regional cooperation in the fight against corruption was stressed as a priority by all the participants in the seminar.
