A two day Interdisciplinary Symposium was organised by and held at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK, from 30th April to 2nd May, 2003.
Re/Constructing Corruption has drawn together some of the foremost researchers in the area of corruption from around the world to contribute towards an interdisciplinary framework for corruption research and anti-corruption policy.
The symposium aimed to contribute towards:
i) an analytical framework for the interdisciplinary study of corruption.
ii) insights into contextual issues in corruption.
iii) approaches and issues in the measurement of corruption.
iv) an inclusive approach that does not treat the subject as solely concerning developing countries or government behaviour.
