OECD Released a New Report Titled Fighting Corruption: What Role for Civil Society?
This report acknowledges the important contribution civil society organizations have made to the process which led to the adoption and implementation of OECDConvention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, which entered into force in 1999. The report also underlines the irreplaceable role civil society can play in non-member countries' initiatives against corruption.
