The book Electronic Document and Electronic Signature. Legal Framework published by Ciela Soft and Publishing and the Center for the Study of Democracy was prepared by the CSD Task Force, which developed the Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Signature and participated in the elaboration of the respective secondary legislation.
