| First Meeting of the Working Expert Group for Developing a Strategy for Establishing a Central Electronic Register of Legal Persons and an Electronic Registries Center of the Republic of Bulgaria

The Working Expert Group for Developing a Strategy for Establishing a Central Electronic Register of Legal Persons and an Electronic Registries Center of the Republic of Bulgaria was set up by Decision No. 332/30.04.2004 of the Council of Ministers.
The Working Expert Group is chaired by the Minister of Justice and includes representatives of the following institutions and organizations: Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Ministry of Transport and Communications, the team of the Minister of State Administration, Supreme Judicial Council and the administration of the Council of Ministers.
Two representatives of the CSD Registration Reform Task Force, Dr. Maria Yordanova, Director of CSD Law Program, and Mr. Borislav Belazelkov, Justice at the Supreme Court of Cassation, are also members of the Working Group.
The first meeting of the Working Expert Group took place on June 29, 2004 at the Ministry of Justice. The position of the Ministry of Justice on the Strategy for Establishing a Central Electronic Register of Legal Persons and of an Electronic Registries Center of the Republic of Bulgaria was presented at the meeting and the work plan of the Expert Group was endorsed.
