Diplomas Award Ceremony of the University for Civic Culture in Varna
On 20 December, 2004, the City and Culture Foundation organized an Award Ceremony for bestowing diplomas to the most active schools and teachers, who participated in the University for Civic Culture project. The project was implemented in the framework of the Civil Society Against Corruption Program of Coalition 2000, with the financial support of the US Agency for International Development. The main activities of the project included: conducting of summer internships for high-school and university students and Days of Open Doors in the public institutions of Varna. Those activities aimed at building skills for civic behavior, knowledge and cooperation among the public institutions, schools and the young people in the city.
