The Bulgarian Industrial Association Opened a “Hot” Phone Line for Reporting Corruption Cases in Public Tenders Procedures
On 17 January, 2005 the Bulgarian Industrial Association opened a “hot” phone line where representatives of private firms could report about fraud and corruption cases, which occurred in procedures for selection, contracting and execution of public tenders by state and municipal firms, monopolistic enterprises and other contractors of public services.
