CSD Program Director and SELDICoordinator Boyko Todorov took part in the Security and Society Forum, organized by the Marshall Center Alumni Association in Serbia and Montenegro on 21 April, 2005 in Belgrade. The forum is the first of a series of meetings dedicated to different topics in the field of individual, national and global security. Mr. Todorov spoke of the role of public-private partnerships in cooperating for security in Southeast Europe. Other speakers included representatives of the George Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the Ministry of Defense of Serbia and Montenegro
