The Information Centre on the Council of Europe in Sofia and the Centre for the Study of Democracy hosted on September 27, 2005 a discussion with representatives of the Russian “Club 2015” – a non-government organization of distinguished Russian political scientists and businessmen working for the expansion of the relations between Russia and new Europe. The discussion was attended by the leaders of several non-government organizations. The topics of the discussion included the perspectives of cooperation between non-government organizations from both countries in the frames of the intensive dialogue in Europe.
