Series of Videoconferences: Italy and its Industrial Clusters
 
On 2 February 2006 the Distance Learning Center launched series of five videoconferences which aim to present the Italian model for economic development and the role of the industrial clusters for setting a viable economic and social environment. The participants from Italy, Bulgaria, Turkey, Macedonia, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro will discuss whether the Italian model is exportable in other countries.

The five sessions cover the following topics:


  • Social environment and network community in industrial clusters
  • Managerial dynamics of clusters
  • Are Industrial clusters an exportable model?
  • Case study: Birth and management of an “Area Agency”: the case of Legno Arredo Brianza Milanese Comasca
  • Country specific case studies
