Conference: Replacing the Bureaucracy with Transparent, Responsible and Open towards the Citizens Governance
On 27 March 2007 Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) and Konrad Adenauer Foundation, in cooperation with the Foundation for Local Government Reform held a conference, entitled Replacing the Bureaucracy with Transparent, Responsible and Open towards the Citizens Governance.
During the event Mr. Ruslan Stefanov, Coordinator of the Economic Program at the Center for the Study of Democracy presented the latest data on the institutional dissemination of corruption in Bulgaria. In his presentation he emphasized the benefits of the public-private partnerships as means for countering corruption risks.
