Biography

Maria Doichinova collects and analyses data within the initiatives and projects of the Centre in the field of human rights and in particular to monitor and combat racism and discrimination, as well as the situation of prisoners in Bulgaria. She has also taken part in the efforts to introduce electronic tools for criminal cases management. By 2007, she was a documentalist at the Information Centre of the Council of Europe where she provided information about its activities and about the European Court of Human Rights. Maria is responsible for CSD’s library and for the preparation of the Centre’s publications. She previously worked as a technical editor and a journalist at AII Data Processing.
