Teenagers’ Actions and Interactions Online in Central and Eastern Europe In December 2008 a book on trends in Internet use by teenagers in Central and Eastern Europe, Bulgaria included, was published. The book "Teenagers’ Actions and Interactions Online in Central and Eastern Europe. Potentials and Empowerment, Risks and Victimization" is the result of an international conference in Cluj-Napoca, Rumania initiated by the Babes-Bolyai University.

Conference on digital and media literacy took place in Sofia 01.06.2017 - A conference on early childhood development of digital and media literacy took place on 30th of May in Sofia. The conference was organized by the Applied Research and Communications Fund (ARC Fund), coordinator of Bulgarian Safer Internet Centre. The meeting was attended by representatives of a variety of institutions and organisations: non-governmental organisations, UNICEF, lecturers and students from Faculty of Primary and Pre-school Pedagogy of Sofia University, school and kindergarten teachers and principals, representatives of the Electronic communications networks and information systems state executive agency, State Agency for Child Protection, Ministry of Culture. more »

B2B Matchmaking Partnering during Mobile World Congress 2012, 27 – 29 February
27.02.2012 - 29.02.2012 - Every year since 2006, a partnering event has taken place at the World Congress, organised by ACC1Ó -a department of the Catalan Government's Ministry of Innovation, University and Enterprise- together with a core group of partners from the Enterprise Europe Network with the aim of helping European start-ups, SMEs and Research groups from the mobile technology sector in initiating transnational partnerships. ARC fund, as coordinator of the network in Bulgaria, will support the Bulgarian participation at the event. more »
