Vitosha Research

The Report e-Municipality was launched in the Information Society Promotion Office on 15 December 2005. The report is elaborated jointly by experts from the Coordination Centre for Information, Communication and Management Technologies (CCICMT), ARC Fund, the Center for the Study of Democracy and Vitosha Research.

The Report e-Municipality assesses the development of the municipal web-sites and aims to promote the processes of elaboration and implementation of public policies in the spheres of e-Government and local governance.
