Brokerage Event in the field of “Meat Safety” - June 7, 2005 in Pulawy, Poland
A Brokerage Event in the field of “Meat Safety” was organized on June 7, 2005 in Pulawy, Poland . The event is part of the work programme of the project Quality Meat in which ARC fund is partner organization and was organized as a satellite event to the international conference "Swine and Poultry Welfare-Food Safety and Quality".
The aim of the event was to enable personal meetings between researchers from New Member states and Candidate Countries and researchers from Member states, giving the opportunity for exchange and share their experience.
The fist session of the meeting new project ideas suitable for the last call in FOOD priority were presented. Some of the projects presented had been already so the researchers used the event for expending the initial consortia built.
The second session was devoted to presentation of the researchers’ centers.
37 researchers from different European countries took part in.

CD and an online catalogue with researchers in the field of quality meat and safety will be soon available here.
