» Innovation.bg 2021, As in its previous editions, Innovation.bg 2021 analyses the state and opportunities for development of the national innovation system on the basis of five groups of indicators:
• gross innovation product;
• entrepreneurship and innovation networks;
• investment and financing of innovation;
• human capital for innovation;
• information and communication technologies.

» Promoting Constructive Capital in Bulgaria, Bulgaria, the country with the lowest GDP per capita in the European Union (EU), faces a number of protracted socio-economic challenges. The EU’s Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) provides the country with the largest ever public funding instrument to address these challenges up to 2027. However, to achieve lasting change the Bulgarian government needs to leverage the EU funding resources to attract constructive capital from the private sector, i.e. investments that are transparent, accountable, and market-oriented.

» Innovation.bg 2020, The leading theme of Innovation.bg 2020 is the strategic framework of the European Commission for the programming period 2021 – 2027 with its priorities and measures for a more innovative and green European economy. The report focuses on the policy of the Bulgarian government for supporting competitive business in the context of growing challenges on the global stage.

» Innovation.bg 2019, The leading theme of Innovation.bg 2019 is the European science and innovation policy in the next programming period and the instruments envisaged to achieve the ambitious goals. The concept of smart specialisation launched by the European Parliament and the Council has proven to be a successful tool for pursuing EU cohesion policy at regional level and will continue to play a key role in the next programming period.

» Innovation.bg 2018, Innovation.bg 2018 observes the implementation of the National Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation and provides recommendations for its better efficiency. The report provides latest updates on the innovation potential of the Bulgarian Economy for year 2018.

» Innovation.bg 2017, Innovation.bg 2017 observes the technological interdependence of the national economy on a European and global scale. A special focus is placed on the automotive and related industries in respect of which Bulgaria is a magnet for foreign investors not only as a systems integrator but also as an R&D centre and a source of new technological solutions.

» Innovation.bg 2016, Innvation.bg provides a reliable annual assessment of the innovation performance of the Bulgarian economy and of the current conditions and development opportunities of the Bulgarian innovation system. The report provides recommendations on the improvement of the public policy on innovation, building on the latest international theoretical and empirical studies and taking into account the specific economic, political, cultural and institutional framework of the innovation system in Bulgaria.

» Green Innovation.bg 2015, Green innovations are a key factor for achieving low-carbon growth and hold great potential for the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises.

» Innovation.bg 2015, On the basis of data from the European Innovation Management Academy, Innovation.bg 2015 analyses the strengths and weaknesses of Bulgarian companies in commercialising innovation.

» Innovation.bg 2014, The tenth issue of the annual Innovation.bg report continues a tradition of presenting and analysing the status of the national innovation system and its building blocks, and assessing the innovation potential of the economy as a factor for competitiveness on international markets.
