Round table: Benchmarking municipal e-government websites
On November 4, 2004 ARC Fund organized a working round table to discuss its draft study on Benchmarking Municipal e-Government Websites. The analysis was prepared in implementation of a UNDP-supported project. The purpose of the meeting was for the team who drafted the paper to consult their results with the relevant stakeholders in the government and private sector. The final draft of the analysis will be available in mid-November. ARC Fund is also developing an online benchmarking tool to help local authorities in the country (self-)assess their public websites along a number of criteria adapted from the KEeLAN methodology ("Key Elements for Electronic Local Authorities' Networks).
