Tsvetoslava Kioseva, Financial manager

Education

Bachelor’s degree in International Finance and Master's degree in Accounting and Control from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. She has also attended a number of qualification courses and training programs on budgeting and reporting.

Biography

Mrs. Kioseva is part of the ARC Fund staff since 2005. Her main responsibilities as a financial manager include financial control over revenues and expenses, preparation of reports, budgeting, maintaining contacts with partners and auditors.  She is familiar with the eligibility rules and principles of projects funded by Sixth and Seventh framework programme, Framework programme for Capacity and Innovation, Safer Internet programme, World Bank funded projects. Since 2009 works on projects under The South East Europe Transnational Cooperation Programme and INTERREG IVC (European Regional Development Fund).
