Ruslan Stefanov

Ruslan Stefanov is senior adviser at ARC Fund and general manager of the organization’s consulting arm, ARC Consulting. He coordinates the work of the Innovation Policy Group at ARC Fund, which developed the first Bulgarian R&D and innovation-benchmarking tool Innovation.bg. He is a member of the National Innovation Council of the Republic of Bulgaria and the jury of the National Innovation Enterprise Award, a country correspondent for the ERA-WATCH network, and a national contact point for regions of knowledge under FP7. He has participated in a number of international projects and has performed research and policy studies with particular focus on innovation, including regional innovation strategies, R&D, and developmental issues. He is fluent in English, German and Russian.
