| SmEs' Capacity Building Seminars: Clustering and Competitive Intelligence/Information Retrieval |

 ARC Fund is rounding-up the capacity-buidling program for small- and micro-sized enterprises under the ISOPTT project. The program, which is comprised of five workshops (half-day events), targets SmEs from traditional, low-tech industries and tries to enhance their innovation potential and horizons of awareness and planning in the context of globalization. The ISOPTT project was launched in June 2006 and is co-funded by the European Commission, under the Innovation strand of FP6.
The training sessions on 20 June 2007 was focused on Clustering (The benefit of working in partnership with other like-minded businesses) and Competitive Intelligence (Where and how to find key market intelligence to gain a competitive edge for your products and services). The ISOPTT training series has trained a total of 88 Bulgarian SmEs so far.
