Биография
Д-р Мила Манчева е ангажирана в изследванията и проектите в областта на миграцията, изпълнявани от Социологическата програма на Центъра за изследване на демокрацията. Основни сфери на интерес, в които е съсредоточена работата ѝ, включват миграция и развитие, трудова миграция, транснационални миграционни мрежи и човешки права. Работила е за Мисията в София на Международната организация по миграция в сферите трафик на хора, управление на границите и защита правата на мигрантите. Била е ангажирана в различни миграционни изследвания в сътрудничество с академични институции в България и Европа. Мила Манчева има докторат по история от Централно Европейския Университет, Будапеща и след-докторска специализация в областта на миграцията като Хумболдтов изследовател в Института за Източноевропейски изследвания, Свободен университет, Берлин.
