Enterprise Europe Network is the pan-European network to support entrepreneurship and innovation that provides comprehensive "on- stop shop" business services in the search for a variety of partnerships throughout the European market.
Enterprise Europe Network in Bulgaria combines the activities of the former Innovation Relay Centre - Bulgaria, opened in 1997 and the eight Euro Info Centre, established in 1999. These partners are among the most active and well-known business consulting organizations in the respective regions, whose cooperation provide full geographic coverage of the country. National Coordinator of the EEN - Bulgaria is ARC Consulting Ltd at the Applied Research and Communications Fund.
The network offers a wide range of comprehensive services for:
- Entering international markets
- Transfer of new technologies
- Access to EU funding
- Legislation and EU standards
- Feedback on EU policies
In Bulgaria, the network brings together 12 organizations located in Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Vratsa, Yambol, Dobrich and Ruse as follows:

Enterprise Europe Network is an initiative of the European Commission, Directorate General "Enterprise", which started in 2008. The Executive Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation (EACI) is responsible for the operational management of the Network. Enterprise Europe Network is co-financed by the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme "(CIP) of the EU.
