» Innovation.bg 2020, The leading theme of Innovation.bg 2020 is the strategic framework of the European Commission for the programming period 2021 – 2027 with its priorities and measures for a more innovative and green European economy. The report focuses on the policy of the Bulgarian government for supporting competitive business in the context of growing challenges on the global stage.

» Innovation.bg 2019, The leading theme of Innovation.bg 2019 is the European science and innovation policy in the next programming period and the instruments envisaged to achieve the ambitious goals. The concept of smart specialisation launched by the European Parliament and the Council has proven to be a successful tool for pursuing EU cohesion policy at regional level and will continue to play a key role in the next programming period.

» Teenagers’ Actions and Interactions Online in Central and Eastern Europe, In December 2008 a book on trends in Internet use by teenagers in Central and Eastern Europe, Bulgaria included, was published. The book "Teenagers’ Actions and Interactions Online in Central and Eastern Europe. Potentials and Empowerment, Risks and Victimization" is the result of an international conference in Cluj-Napoca, Rumania initiated by the Babes-Bolyai University.

» e-Municipality Report, The Report e-Municipality assesses the development of the municipal web-sites and aims to promote the processes of elaboration and implementation of public policies in the spheres of e-Government and local governance.

» Information Society Newsletter No.3/2005, ARC Fund's Information Society Promotion Office has released the first issue of its Information Society Newsletter for 2005 (August – October 2005). The Information Society newsletter aims at raising public awareness on the role of information society in Bulgaria and Europe. Some of the key topics covered in this issue include: safer internet initiatives, update on IST projects, funding opportunities, a calendar of IST events in Bulgaria and abroad.

» e-Bulgaria 2005 Report, ARC Fund’s annual report presents the latest trends in the country’s information society developments in 2005. The report analyzes the progress in ICT infrastructure deployment, and the penetration and use of internet and ICT-related services in Bulgarian households, enterprises, schools, universities and government institutions.

» Information Society Newsletter No.2/2005, ARC Fund's Information Society Promotion Office has released the first issue of its Information Society Newsletter for 2005 (May – July 2005). The Information Society newsletter aims at raising public awareness on the role of information society in Bulgaria and Europe.

» Foresight of the Development of e-Government in Bulgaria , The brochure, published by ARC Fund in May 2005, represents the report and analysis that resulted from the pilot foresight initiative in Bulgaria coordinated by ARC Fund over the period May 2004 – February 2005 within the framework of the ForeTech project.

» Information Society Newsletter No.1/2005, ARC Fund's Information Society Promotion Office has released the first issue of its Information Society Newsletter for 2005 (January – April 2005). The purpose of this quarterly publication is to raise awareness and understanding of the importance of Information Society policies and initiatives among policy- and decision-makers in local and central governments, academia and ICT industry in Bulgaria.

» Benchmarking of e-Municipality Websites in Bulgaria (in Bulgarian), This report is the outcome of a municipal websites assessment which ARC Fund completed in November 2004 with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Bulgaria. The report looks at the availability and quality of some 125 municipal websites in an attempt to determine the level of local e-government development in the country and identify positive examples which can be transferred as best practice.
