 The Spanish People's Defenders: A Model for Establishing the Ombudsman Institution in Bulgaria
On April 25-28, 2003, CSD senior staff representatives visited the offices of the Spanish People's Defender in Madrid and the People's Defender of Catalonia in Barcelona. Joint meeting at the Ministry of Economy on registration reform
