International conference: Establishment of Ombudsman Institution in Bulgaria

Forthcoming Amendments to the Law on the Judiciary
A Task Force with the Ministry of Justice to draft the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Judiciary was set up in the beginning of last September. Chief Parliamentary Ombudsman of Sweden Visited Bulgaria
On June 8 - 9, 2000, the Chief Parliamentary Ombudsman of Sweden Mr. Klaes Eklundh visited Sofia for a second time. During his stay here he had a series of talks with state institutions' representatives on launching the ombudsman institution in Bulgaria and participated in a discussion on the Draft Law on the People’s
